Teevan: A Dream Bath Restoration

In July 2012, Teevan teamed up with California Home + Design and announced our Bathroom Refresh Contest. There were many deserving entries – all in need of Teevan’s unique brand of TLC. We had to choose just one.

The winners are a young family living in a three bedroom, split bath condo in San Francisco’s NoPa district (North of the Panhandle). The home, a classic San Francisco Railroad flat was built exactly one hundred years ago.

With care, craftsmanship, great attention to detail and an exciting blend of old and new, Teevan’s designers and builders have transformed the once dark and dated space into a bright, spacious, refreshing bathroom. We loved working with this family and are so pleased that they love their new bathroom. Please check out the amazing results.
